DAWN TECH is a specialized provider of Parylene conformal coating solutions, serving industrial clients across the Asia Pacific region. The company applies parylene — a proven, vapor-deposited polymer coating widely used in Europe and North America — to protect sensitive components with a thin, uniform, pinhole-free barrier that resists moisture, chemicals, and electrical interference.
Core Services:
Parylene Coating – Flagship conformal coating service providing uniform, gap-free protection even on complex-shaped parts
Parylene Application – Consulting and application services tailored to specific components and use cases
Parylene Coating Process – Vacuum vapor deposition where the parylene dimer vaporizes and polymerizes directly onto the surface at a molecular level
Parylene AF4 Polymer – Supply/application for demanding applications in aerospace, automotive, and other high-performance environments
Parylene C & Parylene N – Supply/application of the two most common parylene dimer variants, chosen based on required barrier, thermal, or electrical properties
Industries Served:
Electronics – Protecting circuit boards and components from moisture, dust, and corrosion
Automotive – Safeguarding sensors and control modules against heat, humidity, and chemical exposure
Aerospace & Defense – Coating avionics and navigation equipment for reliability in extreme environments
Medical Devices – Biocompatible, chemical-resistant coatings for implants, catheters, and surgical instruments
Industrial Equipment – Shielding machinery from wear, corrosion, and environmental damage
The company positions itself as a regional leader in parylene/nano coating technology, combining proprietary processes, quality-controlled application methods, and a customer-partnership approach. DAWN TECH operates as part of a broader group of affiliated companies across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and China.Source Suppliers
